CarStash

Real drive times · Real operators

Find secure car storage
inside a 30 minute drive.

Give us a postcode. We route along real roads to every storage site that's genuinely close to you, then go back to those operators and negotiate the price on your behalf.

  • Real road routing Every distance is a driving time, not a circle drawn on a map.
  • Verified operators Trading UK businesses, sourced from their own sites. No filler listings.
  • Quotes in a day We approach the operators and come back with prices, usually within one working day.

Why go through us

You could ring round yourself. This is faster, and usually cheaper.

You stop making phone calls

Tell us which sites you like. We contact them, ask the awkward questions about insurance and access, and bring the answers back in one place.

You get the trade rate

We negotiate wholesale rates because we bring operators steady demand. You see one price, and it isn't the walk-in price.

You only see real places

Every listing is a trading UK business with an address we can point at on a map. No aggregator filler, no dead phone numbers.

You pay us nothing

No fee, no subscription, no card details. The operator pays us when you decide to go ahead, and never before.

Three steps, about two minutes

  1. Step 1

    Search by drive time

We route from your postcode along real roads, so "30 minutes" means thirty minutes of actual driving.

  2. Step 2

    Compare what's nearby

Indoor or compound, CCTV, climate control, insurance, access hours. The things that decide whether you'd leave your car there.

  3. Step 3

    We come back with prices

Pick the sites you like and we do the asking. Nothing is booked, and nothing is paid, until you say so.

What to check before you hand over the keys

Storage varies enormously, from a heated showroom to a field with a gate. Worth knowing which one you're paying for — ask us and we'll get it in writing.

  • Indoor or outdoor. Outdoor compounds are cheaper. Paint, seals and interiors pay for it.
  • Insurance. Ask whether the vehicle is covered while stored, and to what value.
  • Access. Some sites are 24/7, most are appointment-only. Matters more than people expect.
  • Battery and tyres. Longer stays want conditioning and movement, or you collect a flat car.
  • Getting it there. Many operators will collect. Factor that in before you compare prices.

Tell us where the car needs to live.

A postcode and how many cars is enough to start. We'll come back with options and prices, and you're under no obligation to take any of them.
