Ottano Storage provides the search, comparison and enquiry service for the Ottano Storage Network. Using the site costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
What We Do
We show you the storage locations within the Ottano network that are near a postcode you give us, set out their facilities and services, and handle your enquiry. We then come back to you with the options that suit your car and your requirements, covering services, insurance, access, minimum terms, rates and availability.
What We Do Not Do
We do not own the buildings your car is stored in, and we cannot guarantee that a particular location has space, will accept your vehicle, or that a rate will remain available if circumstances change. Nothing on this site is an offer of a contract. The terms that apply to your storage are the ones set out to you in writing before you commit.
Accuracy Of Information
Facility information is given in good faith and can change. Drive times are calculated with live road routing and are estimates, not guarantees. We confirm the specifics that matter, including insurance cover, access hours, security and rates, in writing before you commit.
Your Side
Give us accurate contact and vehicle details and a genuine enquiry. Please do not use the site to scrape our data, to send unsolicited messages, or to enquire about storing anything you are not legally entitled to store.
What It Costs You
Searching the Ottano Storage Network and making an enquiry is free. There is no subscription and no separate fee added to your bill for using the service. Any charge for storage itself is the rate confirmed to you in writing before you commit.
Liability
We are responsible for running the service with reasonable care. We are not liable for loss or damage to a vehicle in storage, or for any dispute arising out of the storage arrangements, except where the terms confirmed to you in writing say otherwise. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We will update these terms as the service develops, and the current version always lives at this address.
